You may have heard, we're huge fans of collabs. That's why as soon as global nomad founder of luxe scarves brand Decièlis, Zoë Hili, suggested we team up and launch a curated pop-up event, we jumped up and said yes (how could we resist?).
Popup Le Pamplemousse is a brand new pop-up concept which brings together niche luxe brands that are big on details and small in production quantities. It's first edition was launched in the jewel-box shop of boutique hotel Locanda La Gelsomina hotel, located in the Mediterranean island-gem of Malta.
The 3-day event, held between 6 and 8 December, brought together Sofia Capri and Decièlis in a stunning backdrop brimming with 500-year old Maltese charm and a touch of the Orient.
Clients were treated to fragrant cups of organic tea by New York-based tea atelier Bellocq, and were provided with a personalised service as Sofia Capri founder Rossella shared the brand's story and vision.
Over the 3-day event, silk scarves from the shores of Lake Como and hand-crafted leather sandals from the island of Capri filled this corner of Malta, offering clients the possibility to purchase bespoke sandals made with fine Italian leathers and customised with embossed initials.
